Returns, Exchanges & Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, make a note of it when signing for the delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of both the packaging and the product.

We will work with the manufacturer and shipping provider to process a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase at no cost.

After 48 hours, canceled orders may be subject to a $20 administrative fee, as processing and fulfillment may have already begun.

If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Because many of our products ship directly from manufacturers, return and exchange processes may vary depending on the supplier.

We will guide you through the correct process and work with our partners to ensure a smooth resolution.
